ISO 9001
Did you think that small companies can't achieve international quality standards? Did you think that “Procedures” = “Complicated”?
ISO 9001, the recognised international standard, is increasingly demanded by customers. It only has three basic steps :
- Write down what you do
- Do it
- Prove that you do it
ISO 9001 approval demonstrates that you operate consistent procedures so that customers receive the products that they ordered. Many customers require it as one of their conditions. Of course, it isn't quite that simple; you have to make sure that your procedures are reliable and your documents are complete. We will work with you to make sure that they are effective - but not complicated.
Wonder why procedures sometimes fail ? There’s a good chance that they were designed to look good in an operating manual, not to help the business. When they’re designed correctly, to meet your business needs, they will be reliable, efficient and reduce costs.
